My philosophy as a teacher is allowing students to find themselves in the classroom. If a student is able to find their own learning style, they prefer to learn the material given. Although the information given will revolve around science, there are also certain strategies and skills that students will be able to develop through their learning experience. I believe that allowing students to find themselves in the classroom, will allow room for MATURITY, ENGAGEMENT and SUCCESS. Challenging students without them reaching a frustration level, will help students and parents realize the potential that the student holds in order to succeed. Having students learn in this kind of environment also allows the students to grow and respect the importance of science and of learning in general.
